Mark Osborne - Best Ski Instructor

I need to let you know how fabulous one of your instructors were on our recent skiing holiday in the resort of Kirchdorf. Mark Osbourne was patient, calming, fun and gave suberb tips. He was so enthusiastic and helpful we booked him as a family for an additional lesson. All my family thought he was wonderful. Just a pity I did't complete a questionnaire before I left, and I know he leaves for Italy next week. Please thank him from me ..... Sally Booth.
