Lost glasses

Hi Crystal, from the 31/12/11 we stayed at the Umterm Rain Hotel in Kirchberg, Austria, for a week. I appear to have left my glasses in the room (room 5). I wonder if there is any chance of getting them back, they were in a glasses case with a hairband riund them; one of the lenses had come out, so I had put them away for safe keeping! they must have fell out of the case - thank you for your trouble - Martin Scarfe, p. s. our rep was Bronwyn.
