Incorrect resort information pack
I received a text today to say that I could access my resort information pack however its the wrong resort please could I have access to the right one? Thanks

Hi all
Turns out the system was including the wrong booking references in the text messages, which we've now fixed.
The booking reference mentioned on your invoice is the correct one. If you type that into the iPack site you'll get the correct resort coming up.
This won't affect your actual booking but if you're unsure, feel free to email us with the details above and we'll confirm directly with you.

if you use the page open link,,, put your booking ref in it'll give you the correct one,,,i thought the same last night,,,hope this helps.

Hi guys
It looks like there's been a glitch somewhere in the process which has led to iPack details being sent out incorrectly. The team will be on it first thing tomorrow.
Please be re-assured that there is no personal information stored within the iPack so nothing about your booking will have got into the "wrong hands"

Hi. I received a text giving me a link to my information pack. We are booked into Les Arcs 1950 and the link takes us to a page on Scheffau.

Hi there, i just recieved a text to tell me my information pack was available to download, but i'm not due to go on holiday until march! And when i typed in the code it gave me a different resort to the one i am booked at! can you confirm my holiday details again please? My name is neil shearer and i'm going to whistler with my wife in march,

This info pack is for Val D'Isere but we are going to Les Diablerets. Please can you forward the correct link to me urgently.

Hey! I'm having this problem too! Recieved my text last week and just went to look at my info pack and its for Austria, when i'm flying to Banff Canada :S!
