Holiday Tickets

Im flying to austria on the 21st of December and have not recieved my tickets yet, I know they're supposed to arrive 2 weeks before the holiday but I'm getting a bit nervous, Is there a number I can contact to chase them up? If they dont arrive can I pick them up at the airport from the Thomson/Crystal desk ?

Your tickets hopefully should arrive this week. If however, you have not received them by the 14th December please contact our After Sales team on 0871 2313297 who can arrange for you to collect a new set at the airport.
