We've rung to book to come back for a second helping of everything the same next half term but all the family rooms have gone- we are devastated, it feels like our second home to come back the Grande.

We have been offered 2 twin rooms but with the kids we'd ideally need them next door or with a connecting door but the call centre can't promise this, what do you recommend we do- we deffinitely want to come back as we've never had such a good holiday.

luckily the way with the twin rooms is that the majority are next door to each other anyway so if you added this to the comments of your booking then when the rooming list would be drawn up it would be seen and then rooms allocated accordingley.

it would not be a problem so just contact crystal and get this added to your booking.

sorry to hear you could not get the family room. still hope you come and see us again!!
